We partner up with entrepreneurs, investors and established companies to co-create digital marketplaces that improve people’s life, create quality employment and enhace industry dynamics. We discover venture opportunities, launch them to find product-market fit and get them ready to scale. Given high uncertainty involved, the process is non-linear, iterative and overlaping. However, we can define 5 general stages:

1. Team Formation

Great ventures are made by amazing people. That is why is crucial to find suitable talented individuals for management team. We look for co-founders with both technical abilities and personal integrity to create a enjoyable and high performance culture.

2. Opportunity Discovery

We constantly look for situations where technology improve people's lives. Then, we use Human Centered Design to discover feasable, viable and desirable ways to do it. We start by understanding needs, desires and behaviors of people for whom we are trying to create value in that particular context. Then we prototype until we find a sustainable solution that actually creates value for them.

3. Product Development

We developed pre-coded functionalities that can be easily integrated to a new project and therefore speed up development time up to x5 times. That speed allows us to make incremental developments of the product in short iterations to release and test new functionalities with users very fast. We learn from their feedback and define next iteration's features. The process is cyclical and ongoing to continuiously optimize user experience.

4. Go-To-Market Strategy

We think about growth strategy at the very product conception; we design viral loops that set incentives for users to tell their friends about the product. Also, we are constantly testing different ways to atract, activate and convert users into recurrent customers. The intention is to find the way to maximize Customer Lifetime Value while minimizing Customer Adquisition Cost.

5. Fundraising

Raising capital is though. That is why we guide co-founders through all the investment process. We help them prepare pitch, economics, demo and metrics to introduce business opportunities to fitting investors. We also help co-founders apply to accelerators programs and introduce them to relevant investors in out network.

We are a team of venture designers, product developers and growth hackers with experience in building internet based ventures from scratch. We all come from different backgrounds and industries. Some of us have been entrepreneurs, another come from marketing agencies, design studios and consultancy firms. Our team members have worked in projects for companies like Google, Coca-cola, G4S, McDonals, Intel, Pfizer, Leo Burnett, Ernst & Young, Intel, Unilever, Kimberly Clark and Oreo, among others.
